Pionero del g\u00e9nero que hoy se conoce como <em><span style=\"color: #800000;\">novela revolucionaria<span style=\"color: #333333;\">,<\/span><\/span><\/em> con obras como <em>El \u00e1guila y la serpiente<\/em> (1928), <em>La sombra del caudillo <\/em>(1929) y<em> Las memorias de Pancho Villa<\/em> (1938-1951), es considerado por el cr\u00edtico Christopher Dom\u00ednguez Michael\u00a0<em>&#8220;el artista de la acci\u00f3n y del retrato, el explorador de las dimensiones del espacio en M\u00e9xico&#8221;<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy que celebramos el centenario de nuestra Revoluci\u00f3n es justo recordarlo por su singular aporte a la narrativa mexicana, y tambi\u00e9n porque desde su natal Chihuahua y a lo largo de sus estancias en Veracruz, la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Estados Unidos o Espa\u00f1a, crey\u00f3 en una naci\u00f3n con fortalezas y adem\u00e1s de combatir al lado del General Pancho Villa lo hizo con su pluma en varios frentes: mexicano por nacimiento y convicci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a1Que prestancia muestra Mart\u00edn Luis Guzm\u00e1n en este retrato de Tom\u00e1s Montero Torres!
